He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Deering and Barbara Deering; and his sisters, Elaine Deering and Beth Carter. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Cimbalik; his children, Krisha Sutton (Dave), Alesha Burnash (Curtis), Morgan Deering, Gabrielle Deering and Albert Deering Jr.; his grandchildren, Elliot Burnash, Soraya and Meadow Sutton; his brother Scott Deering; his niece Melisse Deering; and his great-nephew Anthony Deering.
