He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine; his children, Billy Watkins (Jessica) and Whitney Kemerer (Jake); his grandchildren, Billy, Reagan, Cohen, Jude and Crosby; his brother James Watkins (Jan); and his parents, James Watkins and Jayne Watkins.
