She was predeceased by: her husband Jeffrey; and her son Jarrett Jeffrey Chase. She is survived by: her daughter Tayler Ross (Doyle, III); her grandchildren, Lydia of Doyle, IV, Vera and Kezia; her parents, Wilbur Meadows and Linda Meadows (Phillips); her sister Amy Johnson (James); and her nieces and nephews, Hannah, Dylan, Jared, Rylee, Addison, Carsyn, Blake, Jett and Danielle.
