She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth "Whitey" McCombs; her parents, Julia Smith and Carter Smith; and her siblings, Dorthy Moyses, Paris Smith and Don Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Coombs (Cletis) and Sandy Blatchford (Joel); her grandchild Kim Conigliaro (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Hunter and Harleigh Bastuba.
