She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Kristy; and her parents, Howard Payne and Nettie Payne (Reed). She is survived by: her children, Carrie Yates (John), Wendy (Mike) and Jesse Moss IV (Roberta); her grandchildren, Carrie (Jeff), Jessica, Terin, Zach (Cearrah), Gabe (Kohlby) and Max; and her siblings, Barb McCoy (Lee), Dana Smith (Ben), Jim Wilcox, Jeff Wilcox (Connie) and Russell Payne (Ruth).
