He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Hackworth (Irene), Gordon Hackworth (Tina), Brenda Thornsbury (Mort), Jeanie Burley, Michael Hackworth (Cherrie) and Mary Qualley (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
