He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ira Vliet and Nellie Vliet (Smith); his wife Caroline Ann Cosgray; and his children, Theresa Hickey (Isiah), Glenn Vliet Jr. (Susan), Randy Vliet, Jennifer Bouck (Roger Sr.) and Juli Crafton (Jeremiah). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
