He is survived by: his children, Jodi Curtis, Nicole Triggs, William Curtis and Rebecca Mentch (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cayden, Bailee, Kaya, Allyson, Colten and Keagan; and his siblings, Thomas, Patrick (Cindy), Roy and Kim Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
