He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Mosur and Julia Mosur (Skalba); and his wife Doris Schumacher. He is survived by: his children, Pat Constine (Jim) of McFarland and Robert Mosur (Byrdie) of Woodville, TX.; his grandchildren, Laurie, James Jr. (Juli), Michael and Bobbie (Jeff); and his brother Michael Mosur (Roxann) of Marinette. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
