He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Sr. Wiegand and Ardetta Wiegand (Stetser); his niece Lauren Ardetta Wiegand; his children, Jason Wiegand (Sara), Jeremy Wiegand (Shelby), Ashley Mayer (Steven) and Amber Wiegand; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Allycia, Avery and Brook Wiegand; his siblings, Mike Wiegand (June), Michelle Wiegand (Dennis), Dale Wiegand (Shirley), Ardetta Wiegand, Tom Wiegand (Charlette) and Eric Wiegand (Julie); and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Casey, Michelle, Mathew, Dana, Tara, Hannah, Emma, Hunter and Anna Wiegand.

Memorials may be directed to St. Timothy Catholic Church or to the Portage Anglers Club in his memory.
