He is survived by: his parent Hulda Hyndman (Grapentin); his wife Mona Ann Johnston of Curtis; and his children, Angelia Kerr of Holly, Mark of Sault Ste, Marie and Patricia Wayne (Richard) of Clarkston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
