He is survived by: his wife Janet Petrie; his daughter Nichole Peak (Jim); his grandchildren, Blake Peak (Shai Page), Brayden Peak, Kayli Bartz (Sawyer) and Kaden Peak; his great grandchild Vivian; his sister Pam Read; his sisters-in-law, Joanie Kochensparger (Don), Jean Weidenaar (Mike) and Jennifer Hadley (Jeff); his friends, Tony Jackson (Penny) and Bill Gyurnek (Judy); and his pet Woody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
