He is survived by: his children, Bryan Kapteyn (Karen), Fred Kapteyn (Mary Ellen), Margo Kuipers (Ray), Brenda VanVreesWyk (Rene), Alex Kapteyn (Julie) and Cynthia Morrow (William).
