He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Beard and Bonnie Beard Sr. (Sparks); his brother Bill Beard; and his brother-in-law Armando Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bougher; his children, Therese Hubbell (Tim), William Rose (Helen), Joe Rose (Keely) and Megan Beard; his siblings, Cheryl Garcia, Artie Beard, Bob Beard and Kathy Beard; and his nieces and nephews, Rob, Eamon, Leisha, Toni and JaNell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
