He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceville Evans and Georgia Evans; his son Mako Lee Evans; and his siblings, Thelma Shoen, Raymond Evans and Keith Evans.
He is survived by: his sibling Garwin Evans; his sons, David Evans, Matthew Evans and Adam Evans; his daughters-in-law, Kaley Evans and Cheyenne Evans; his grandchildren, Lakieya DeBolt, Taiylor Evans, Calista MacDonald, Torri Evans, Domanik Evans, Angelina Evans, Charleigh Evans, Timothy Rummell and Ryver Evans; and his great grandchildren, Tobias DeBolt, Grayson MacDonald and Emryn MacDonald. He is also survived by five children.
