He is survived by: his wife Joan Leib (Simmons); his sons, William Leib Jr. and Michael Leib; his stepchildren, Jenny Sage (Tom), Scott Simmons and Madonna; his grandson Jacob Leib; his great grandchild Reagan Leib; and his siblings, Joanne Schumaker (Butch) and Robert Leib.
