He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Moore (Hub); and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his sister Marcia Koehl of Waupaca; his sons, Seth Moore (Kristi) of Green Bay and Luke Moore (Bethany) of Maumee, OH; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Daniel, Emma and Elijah. He is also survived by many other close friends and family.
