Rita M. West Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita M. West of Crystal Falls, Michigan, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 3, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sisters-in-law, Dorothy West and Arlene Lessard. She is survived by: her husband Hubert "Bud" West; her children, Kenneth West (Vicki) of Crystal Falls, Kim Olson (Patrick) of Crystal Falls and Karrie Fabri of Norman, OK.; her grandchildren, Summer Olson, Krystle Sikora (Andy), Samantha Shuck (Dan), Emily Tarter (Zach), Amy Wheeler (Tim), Rachel West (Sean Bocek) and Michael Fabri; her great grandchildren, David, Bekah, Jacob, Lizzie Tarter, Claire, Sara and Hazel Sikora; her siblings, Raymond Lessard of New Hampshire, Joseph "Andy" Lessard (Jean) of California, Maurice "Mo" Lessard of Massachusetts and Geraldine "Gerry" Hamel (Connor); her brother-in-law Ray West of Arizona; and also, Romeo and Lillian Plouffe (Brunet). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the family will honor Rita's life with a private service held at Guardian Angels Church in Crystal Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either St. Vincent de Paul in Crystal Falls or to Guardian Angels Church.
