He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Skibo and Janet Skibo (Milligan). He is survived by: his pet Gracie; his sons, Brian and Dustin Skibo; his siblings, John Skibo and Teresa Flood (Robert); and his niece Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
