She was predeceased by: her father George Plesha; her husband Paul Podnar; and her siblings, John Plesha, Joseph Plesha, Mary Plesha, Antoinette Sechan, Kathryn Cloutier, Rose Collins and Madeline Kayfesh.
She is survived by: her close friend Bobbi Lee Stoor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
