He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kowalski; his children, Frank Hartman, Jr. (Gail) of La Porte, IN and Cindy Maciejewski of Houston, TX; and his sister Elsie Nyikos of Pierceton, IN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
