He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Maxwell Monningh and Blanche E. Monningh (Stebbins); and his brother Jan S. Monningh. He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Anderson; his sister Candace Monningh Goodyear of Charlottesville, VA; and his sister-in-law Carlotta Monningh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
