He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bender and Jean Bender (Tomcheck); and his brother Wayne Bender. He is survived by: his son Paul Bender of Coleman, WI; his stepmother Dorothy Bender of Suamico, WI; his brothers, Carey, Melvin, Patrick, Michael and Ron Bender; and his grandchildren, Michael, Faith, Kyra Bender and Chaselyn Evans. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
