It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vaughn E. Maxfield of Croswell, Michigan, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Maxfield and Melita Maxfield (Clement); his grandson Benjamin Maxfield; his son-in-law Brian Bedwell; his former wife Gloria Maxfield; his brother Neal; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Maxfield, Earl Oderfer and Dennis Swartz.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amanda Govea (Rick), Randy Maxfield, II, Asha Maxfield, Mindy Hudson (Nick), Stephen Hurley (Tiffany), Jennifer Brace (Andy), Kelton Schultz, Adrienne Schultz, Amber Franklin (Andy), Allison Nicholson (Kendall), Kordell Neely, Martell and Given Esselman; his sisters, Zelpha Oderfer of Croswell and AnnAlee Swartz of Flint; and his close friends, Jackie Fye and Mary Zeller. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
