He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Coffelt and Martha Coffelt (Smith); his brothers, Paul and Max; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Hammar.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Hammar; his sons, Mark Coffelt (Monica) and Joshua Coffelt; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Hammar, Deb Hammar and Saundra Coffelt. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
