He was predeceased by: his parents, William III and Geraldine Cunningham (Campbell). He is survived by: his siblings, William (Denise) of Port Sanilac, Kevin (Kimberly) of Applegate, Keith of Croswell and Kim Cunningham of Deckerville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Sanilac County Humane Society.
