She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Watson and Ethel Watson (Erb). She is survived by: her husband Lyle M. Clarkson of Croswell; her children, Mary Ellis (Mark), Laura McMeans (Tom) and Gary Clarkson; her grandchildren, Jason Barr, Justin Clarkson, Matthew Clarkson, Jenna Bagwell, Nicole Suratt, Amanda Clarkson, Chase Clarkson and Cameron Clarkson; her great grandchild Alyssa; and her brother Michael D. Watson (Patty). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
Inurnment will be in the Croswell Cemetery Memorials in memory of Rita may be made to the Sanilac County Humane Society.
