He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Westbrook and Barbara Westbrook (Carey); and his brothers, Dennis, Wayne and Gary Westbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Westbrook (Bloome); his daughter Jessica Tennant (Robert Jr.) of Riley; his stepdaughter Alison Mendoza (Lino Jr.); his grandchildren, Mya and Austin Mendoza of Croswell; and his siblings, Sandy Dietrich of Florida, LuAnn Prather of McHenry, IL., Darlene Bullis of McHenry, IL. and Lynn Zook of Schaumburg, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
