He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kautz and Anna Kautz (Eichhorn); his wife Diane L. Quinlan; and his sister Elizabeth Cosley. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Ruczynski (David) of Riley Center, Marcella Mirgon (Mark) of Midland, Ann Marie Markley (Daniel) of Fenton, Patricia Keenihan (James) of Midland and Joseph M. Kautz (Stacey) of Croswell; his grandchildren, Erin Novak, Annette, Bethany Ruczynski, Molly, Emily, Abigail Kautz, Caleb, Sophia Markley and Alaina Keenihan; and his siblings, Michael Kautz, Jonathan Kautz, Mark Kautz, James Kautz, Joann Bell, Mary Barnhill and Regina Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
