He is survived by: his wife Joyce Molesworth; his children, James Earl Molesworth and Shannon Blondell; his grandchildren, Rochelle Kanous (Connor), Ashley Lochner and Megan Blondell; his great grandchild Lucas Kanous; and his sister Sandy Hamilton (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
