She is survived by: her husband Warren A. Higbee; her children, Joseph Higbee, Charles Higbee, Mary Jordan (Michael), Kenneth Higbee (Donna), Dean Higbee (Cathy) and Allen Higbee (Shelly); her grandchildren, Anne, Amy, Joe, Jr., Philip, Stephanie, Charles, Jr., Daniel, Rachel, Joshua, Christopher, Angela, Sara, Christina and Matthew; her sister Ruth Cramer; and her sister-in-law Margaret Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
