He is survived by: his mother Carol Gollaher; his wife Patricia "Tricia"; his children, Jacob Burkhart (Krista), Raine Burkhart (George Spires) and Kiya Burkhart; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Kinsley, Jazlyn and George; his siblings, Derek Burkhart, Danny Burkhart, Randy Burkhart, David Gollaher, Kim Goebel and Judith Burns; and his former wife Cindy Burkhart.
