He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Christopher Ketelhut (Jennifer Ketelhut), Eric Ketelhut (Laura Ketelhut), Jeffrey Ketelhut, Matthew Ketelhut (Nicole Ketelhut), Rachel Tenn (Bradley Tenn) and Brandon Orlich (Kara Orlich); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Isabella, Hunter, Aiden, Selina, Reign, Hudson and Andrew; his siblings, Cynthia Boyd (Mark Boyd), Kimberly Quinn (Danny Quinn), Jack Ketelhut (Lora Ketelhut), Viky Lathrop (Greg Lathrop) and Bob Halaas (Tonia Halaas); and his close friends, Daniel Moss, Rick Sylvie and Billy Marsh Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
