He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Parcell and Reba Parcell; his wife Janet Catherine Smith; his son-in-law Fred Marr; his brother Dick Parcell; his sister-in-law Bernice Parcell; and his stepbrother Tom Parcell.
He is survived by: his children, Don R. Parcell Jr. (Peggy), Nancy Furtah (Dean) and Sandy Marr; his grandchildren, Don Parcell (Melissa), Angela Schueneman (Dennis), Mike Gangler, Danielle Monson (Zach), Jamie Schindler (Kenny), Dena Kelly (Scott) and Sarah Edgette (John); his brother Robert Parcell; and his sister-in-law Elda Parcell. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
