He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sparks and Betty Lou Sparks (Shepherd); and his close friend Sam Ballinger. He is survived by: his wife Lauren A. Watson; his daughters, Alexandria Harvey (Scott Jr.), Paige Sparks and Nicole Pitter; his grandchildren, Scottie Harvey III, Mia Gadson, Kayla Pitter and AJ Pitter; and his sisters, Dawn Sparks and Beth Sparks.
