She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Serr and Margaret Serr (Steinbauer); her husband Bryce Jacobs; her brother Fred "Bud" Serr (Maxine); and her son-in-law John Nations.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Nations and Kyle Jacobs (Mary Lou); and her grandchildren, Patrick Nations (Patty), Lee Nations (Rhonda), Katie Marble (Chad) and Gordon Jacobs (Samantha). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
