She is survived by: her parents, Justin Councilor and Kendra Latoski; her siblings, Jayden and Madison; her grandparents, Nickia Ketchum, William Shumate, Nancy Waldron and James Archey; and her great-grandparents, Mark Fuller (Carlene), Michael Ketchum, Bill Councilor and June Councilor. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving family and friends.
