She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Reese and Laura Reese (Stage); her husband Robert Striggow (Bob); and her daughter Jill Batteen (Renny). She is survived by: her daughter Shawn Belanger (Bill); her grandchildren, Kurt Batteen (Ashley), Royal Adair Batteen (Jessica), Billy Belanger (Jennie), Bailey Batteen and Bronti Ziolkowski (Tommy); her great grandchildren, Jace, Hyatt (Tate), Amara, Roland, Luca, Liam, Eloise, Thomas and Callahan; and her sister Carolyn Johns (Bruce). She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes - Corunna Chapel (302 W Corunna Ave, Corunna, MI 48817). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Home Joy of Corunna or Hospice House of Mid Michigan.
