He was predeceased by: his parents, John Green and Doris Green of Elsie, MI.; and his children, Tony and Tamara. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, John Green, Carrie Elwood, Mike Green and Angel Green; and his siblings, Jonadene, Luann (Larry Arbogast), Denise (Ron Saylor), Debbie (Jim Shedd), Dena (Mike Upton) and Dawn (John Bernat). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
