He is survived by: his brother Rich Perry; his wife Paula Ann Bloss; his grandchild Mopars; his children, Jonathan Lee Perkins (Susan), Keith LeRoy Perkins Jr. and Branden D. Perkins; his grandchildren, Jonathan Joseph Perkins, Keith LeRoy Perkins III, Kaylee Perkins, Andrew Robertson and Bridgett Elliott (Nick); his great grandchild Paisley Elliot; and his siblings, Joyce Harris (Roger), Ronald Perkins, Robert Perkins (Phyllis), Joann Rogers and Mark Perkins.
