She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Welch and Betty Marie Welch (Day); and her former husband Dean Fogus. She is survived by: her grandchild Buddha; her children, Gary Welch (April), Taryn Ferranti (Joe), Deana Sterling (Scott) and Sam Fogus; and her siblings, Paige Fogus, Dean Fogus II, Alex Sterling, Mason Fogus, Richard Davis, Rae Fogus and Jacob Welch.
