Bowles of Corunna, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bowles and Lucille Bowles (Gocha); his siblings, Jane, William and Lorraine; and his brother-in-law Cloyse Kirby.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bowles (Jones); his daughter Marcia Burns; his grandchildren, Michelle Bucholtz (Ryan) and Michael Burns (Annie); his great grandchildren, Adalynn and Ayden Burns; and his brother James Bowles (Joyce).
