With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannette Sherwood of Corunna, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Zapolski and Mary Zapolski (Dycewicz); her husbands, Robert J. Bruns and Frederick Sherwood; her brothers, Jim and Jerry Zapolski; her daughter Jeanine L. LaPorte; and her son-in-law Rick LaPorte.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Bruns (Marlene Simmons), Michael Bruns (Valerie) and Todd Bruns (Lorene); her grandchildren, Erick LaPorte (Kristen), Corie Switalski (James), Melissa Welch (Sean) and Stacey Bruns (Elliott Hall); her great grandchildren, Liliana, Wesley LaPorte, Ruby, James Switalski, Mackenzie, Greyson Welch and E. J. Hall; and her siblings, Jackie Rupert (Gary) and John Zapolski (Paula). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
