He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Spencer and Marlene Spencer (Miller); and his wife Robyn L Spencer (Bennett). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Ille (Bud), Michelle Birkhimer (Doug) and Howard Spencer III (Julien); his brother Robin Spencer; and his grandsons, Douglas Birkhimer Jr., Jacob Ille, Logan Birkhimer and Spencer Ille. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
