He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Mallard and Pearl Mallard (Winters); and his siblings, Dorothy Partin, Estelle Hobbs and Arlen Mallard.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Mallard; his children, Marty Mallard, Glenn Mallard (Shirley) and Judy Terry (Tim); his grandchildren, Mitch, Alisha, Christopher (Katy), Rachel, Lauren (Ash), Shelby (Josh) and Katelyn (Garrett); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Kane, Collin, Conner, Malyia, Jaylee, Hudson, Caroline, Marcella and Amelia; and his siblings, Oralee Powell (Jerry), Elese Maloy (David) and Paul Mallard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
