She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Hazard; and her siblings, Harold, Sherman, Gabriel "Bud" Thomas and Pansy Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles F. Hazard, Randy J. Hazard and Michael P. Hazard; her granddaughter Sarah Hazard (Lynn Hofacker); her stepsister Vera Harris; her stepgrandchildren, Lynn Hascall, Becki Hascall and Andrea Herrmann; and her great grandchildren, Manuella Woodard and Charlize Woodard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
