He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fowler and Zelma Fowler (Cords); and his son Shanneon Mowl. He is survived by: his wife Marie; and his children, George Mowl (Janet), James Mowl (Tammy) and Yvonne Mowl. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; other loving family members and friends.
