He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, April Siegel (Todd), Curtis Holmes (Holly) and Chad Holmes; his close friend Rich Kirchin (Amy); and his siblings, Darlene and Milo. He is also survived by his nephews, a niece, and cousins.
