It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathern Volek of Corunna, Michigan, born in Howell, Michigan, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Dell and Mary Duncan Cook (Bennett); and her son Mark Robert Volek. She is survived by: her husband Robert James Volek; her sons, Kirk Volek (Brenda Kowalak) and Todd Volek (Kelli) of Corunna; her grandchildren, Cassidy Whitney (Aaron) of Buchanan, VA, James Volek (Heather) of Marquette, MI, Dane Volek (Deanna) of San Francisco, CA and Cody Volek of Corunna; her great grandchildren, Adalyn, Eliana Whitney and Walter Volek; and her sister Roxanne Fay of Bloomfield Hills, MI..
