He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Taft and Alma Taft (Shindorf); his son Ricky Taft; and his siblings, June Taft and Duane Taft (Lila).
He is survived by: his wife Dawn; and his children, Randy Taft of Lyon, MI and Valerie Sisson (Gary) of Scotts, MI. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
